Contrasting color for arrow
Reported by ronin-1680 (at lighthouseapp) | August 8th, 2007 @ 12:19 PM
Love the new UI, but the red down arrow is getting lost in the background and is screaming to be a contrasting color. What about something like the attached?
(Just MHO, of course. Thanks for the new, updated tool!)

Dave,
Thanks for the graphic/concept. I do wonder if we could highlight this, but I'm not certain about drawing more attention to it in this way. In a brief discussion with Chris, he wondered if we should move it to another page and provide more information. The arrow pointing down (and with more contrast) could lead people to want to click on it even more than they do now, which actually results in an error. We're asking people to drag something to their browser bookmark menu, which isn't something that I know of a good pattern for.
I think that this is a styling issue turned into an interaction dilemma. Hmm...
Chris, what are your thoughts on this?
