ShortURL gem is broken
Reported by Robby Russell | August 8th, 2007 @ 07:11 AM
It looks like the only backwards compatibility that we broke was the ShortURL gem. There really isn't a good way to fix this without messing up the html formatting, since the author of that gem was parsing out URLs on the submission page and using the first one in the array.
I'm going to attempt to contact him and let him know that he needs to update the gem and release a new version. A new RubyURL gem that talked to the upcoming API would be much better for people to use in the future.
