Check for existing deploy.rb and Capfile

If the user already has a deploy.rb or a Capfile, and they're using them to deploy elsewhere, the installation will appear to work ok, but doing a boxcar:config will fail. Well, it will PROBABLY fail, since we'll still be using their old deploy.rb which, in all likelihood, isn't going to be pointing at the boxcar.
