Create deployment user at deploy-time

I'll admit I haven't thought this one through completely just yet, but after a brief period of thinking, it seems to me that we should be able to create the deployment user at deploy-time. When you go to deploy you're asked for your root password during the interactive portion of the process. cap will then create the new user and upload your public key to it (if applicable) and then use that user to do the deployment.
Ok, so that's more of a brainstorm than a genuine ticket. But you see where I'm heading with this. :)
